From the minute I found the villa the communication with Natalie has been fantastic. The villa is beautiful and the outside space is just perfect.

We fell in love with Sivota and the local restaurants and bars especially Yianna’s family restaurant to cocktails in the yacht bar and happy hour in 12 Gods!

We hired a car for a few days to explore the island which I would recommend.

The villa is spacious, clean, comfortable sunbed and shaded areas and the pool is gorgeous. It is about a 15 minute walk into the bay which is beautiful as are the views from the villa being up the hill.

As mentioned I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and thank you Natalie for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Villa Eleanor. The house is so lovely, spacious and airy. The pool area is fantastic with lots of space for relaxing and great air con in bedrooms to cool down. Sivota is fantastic with lots of great restaurants (our favourite was Spiridoula for the best fish and great staff. The boys appreciated the big screens at Pirates bar for watching the World Cup games! Highly recommend Natalie’s house and hope we can return again soon

I just want to start with how great the communication was with Natalie. Any queries I had were quickly answered by quick and helpful responses so I could just enjoy the holiday that I was a little stressed about Not to mention the easy booking and love the owners have for this villa really make it the dream holiday.

Both myself and my Partner stayed for nine nights and it was just lovely, ending nights sat on the balcony enjoying a drink and watching the sunset over the mountains, seeing boats come in and out from the docks or some nights wandering down the short distance to the bay to try some tasty Greek meals. We’d really recommend Yianna’s family restaurant and pretty much any of the bars/cafes as everyone is welcoming and you won’t find a better place to sit down with a cold beer.

The villa itself is stunning inside and out! Clean, tidy, spacious and nicely decorated and of course AC in the bedrooms. At the time of our visit a new cover had been added to the pergola(I think they are called) which offered a great seat by the pool with a nice bit of shade but of course there were other comfy options for full sunning! A few different places to sit around or have a meal, my favourite being the balcony which has a great view of the bay. Also the bar with stools that we definitely took advantage of by the pool😅.

The layout of the villa inside offers privacy if you have more people than just the two of us, with 2 separate bathrooms with showers, not to mention comfy furniture and lots of kitchen space with all the equipment we needed, we also had a few meals from the stone Barbecue around the corner of the building and that was lovely!

It was just perfect and the little touches made our holiday great. Being June it was lovely and warm, the pool was a great temperature and the bay was buzzing with other happy holiday makers. Thank you very much, we will certainly be booking again! ☀️

We loved Sivota and Villa Eleanor was a very special place to stay. Fabulous views, well equipped and with comfy beds and sunloungers. Natalie’s communication was excellent, quickly and considerately resolving a couple of small glitches. 10 -12 minutes walk down to the bay with its many tavernas and yachts. We ate pretty well everywhere. Highlights were Stavros’s zucchini fritters with tzatziki and good meals at Yianna’s and Liotrivi.

This is our second visit to Villa Eleanor and i have to say, it never fails to impress.

We stayed in May and loved it so much that when we returned home, we booked again for October. The Villa’s proximity to the village of Sivota makes it a prime location. With an easy 10 minute stroll down to the many bars, restaurants and bakeries. A particular favorite of ours was Sivota Bakery, which serves delicious breakfasts, fresh bread, and sweet treats.

The Villa itself is very well equipped, making it very easy to settle in as if it were home for a week or so. Although we had a little rain on this visit, the seating area downstairs is located underneath the balcony, so we were still able to sit outside and read, sheltered from the rain.

We honestly cannot recommend this Villa and the area enough.

We will most defiantly be planning our next visit again soon.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Eleanor in Sivota for our 3 weeks holiday to Lefcada in September 2025.

The villa has a fantastic location, offering a secluded view of Sivota harbour from the terasse.

The villa has an infinity pool and different outdoor sitting areas; the rooms are spacious and there is a well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, although slightly outdated. The owner, Natalie, who is self managing the bookings, was very attentive and answered all our queries promptly.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Eleanor! The villa is really well equipped and thoughtfully laid out, with good-sized rooms that are both comfortable and spacious. The pool area is fantastic – definitely a highlight – we spent hours soaking up the sunshine there. The views are absolutely stunning, and you can easily walk down to beautiful Sivota, where there are plenty of great tavernas to choose from.

There’s so much to do around the island, with incredible beaches to explore (tip: go early morning or late afternoon as parking can be tricky). Renting a boat for the day is a must – the best way to discover nearby islands and hidden tavernas.

Villa Eleanor is the perfect spot for both relaxation and fun. Highly recommended! And a big thank you to Natalie, who was such a great host – super friendly and always quick to respond whenever we had a question.

Villa Eleanor is a wonderful, spacious villa with 3 good sized bedrooms, very comfortable beds and 2 shower rooms. The kitchen/diner/living room is large and opens to an upstairs terrace with outside dining. It has everything that you need! The pool is large and there is plenty of shade and a pool umbrella; needed in August. One of it’s best features has to be the location as it is only a 15/20 minute walk to the small town of Sivota, a feature that is hard to find!

We have visited Sivota several times and it is truly a wonderful place to stay in; the tavernas are excellent, boats can be hired for the day easily and it is a great place to watch the sailing boats.

Would recommend!

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Villa Eleanor which is well equipped and spacious. It has an attractive garden having several terraces, so we were able to find our own space when we wanted a quiet read. The purpose-built BBQ works well. The views out to sea and across the valley are stunning. A ten minute walk downhill takes you to the timeless harbourside village of Sivota which has more than enough good restaurants, the proprietors of which are very friendly and helpful. Boats may be hired at the quayside and we spent an interesting day on the water.

We highly recommend this villa for your holiday; we stayed this year in May, loved it so much that we have booked again for October.

Wonderful Villa.!!

The rooms are nicely set out with a fully equipped kitchen (although we went down to the restaurants and tavernas mostly) there was everything we needed to cook a meal and we did stay in a some of the time and used the BBQ so to enjoy the views at night.

Food in the various restaurants around Sivota Bay was plentiful and there’s a great number of choices, the staff always took time to enquire if everything was ok and if there was anything we required.

Altogether we would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday and good local food.

Will almost certainly be considering Villa Eleanor in future holiday plans.
